Step 2 – With the details you provide me we will pick a suitable time that works with your schedule where I can come and view the property. Again don’t worry about making any repairs of renovations to the property as I am happy to buy them “as is”.
Step 3 – I will come back to you with a fair offer for your property which is open and transparent. We can walk through the offer and I promise to give you my highest offer first time around.
If you are happy with the offer, then we will sign a contract and I we can have a local title company process the required paperwork. Again there will be no cost to you for this process as I will cover all associated fees with the transaction.
